❌ Anyone who thinks they have it all figured out already. Maybe you do; maybe you don’t. We strive to pursue our work with an attitude of humility, and we believe that God still has things He wants to show us. 

❌ Dreamers looking ONLY for: easy answers, fast-track solutions to technical challenges, or “someone who will just tell me what to do.” This is probably not the experience you are looking for. 

❌ Men with God-shaped dreams. (Sorry brothers, we love you, but this isn’t your community.)

Maybe you’ve been told that in order to be successful you need to: 

🚫 Spend hours every week creating graphics, Stories, and Reels, writing captions, and posting on social media to “build your platform” so you can promote your book, business, or ministry.

There are other ways to build authentic relationships with people who want to engage with the dream you’re building. We’ve been led to believe social media is the only way, and it’s simply not true—especially with the current algorithm!

🚫 Manifest your dream and it will magically happen.

There’s no “Manifestation,” “Source,” or “Universe” talk around here. We know where our hope comes from—the Maker of heaven and earth—and we believe He’s given us what we need to bring our dreams to life (even when we can’t see all the puzzle pieces yet). Abiding with Him, surrendering to His will, and obeying His call are our distinctives. Anything else is gravy. 

🚫 Just try harder to believe you’re enough. 

This is simply poor advice and far from biblical. Sure, we all want to feel confident before sharing our dream with the world. But you can’t believe “harder” or talk yourself into confidence; that’s a nonstarter. Instead, we trust Jesus to be enough—He’s everything we need on this journey. That belief will get you further than you ever dared to dream. After all, it’s His dream that’s planted in you.

So, Who’s leading this community?

Hi, I’m Merritt –

A fellow dreamer who knows how easy it is to put off your big ideas for “someday” only to open your eyes one day and realize that years have passed and you haven’t done much with your dream.

In case we haven’t met, I am a Christian wife and mom of two girls (6 and 9), and I fully embrace my love of grocery store sushi, the perfect avocado, and well-worn flip-flops – right up until it hits 47 degrees here where I live near Denver, Colorado.

I spent 15+ years attempting to uncover my dreams from the traps of fear, comparison, and the feeling that I’m “not enough.” I thought I was the only one who felt this way.

When I started the Devoted Dreamers podcast in 2016, I interviewed dozens of accomplished dreamers. You know the ones — they are noticeably bold, have ZERO traces of fear, are ready to take risks, and always seem to be riding a wave of confidence and success.

But I was wrong. Experience didn’t cure their fears.

Every one of them shared with me that fear still played a part, the dream still felt intimidating at times, and the remedy found was not in giving up or trying harder but in drawing near to Jesus and a growing a lasting trust in Him.

I wanted some of that. And I want it for you too.

This is why I launched The Dreamer Lab in 2022 and Dream Believers in 2024: so creative, ambitious women could gather to advance our dreams TOGETHER and make space for honest, heartfelt conversations that help us all remember who created us and why.

I’ve seen the results and it makes all the difference.

After 8 years of building an audience to share my message and facilitating hundreds of conversations with women of faith who have big dreams, it’s clear what ISN’T working.

You don’t need another webinar, Facebook group, or course you’ll never finish. 

All the education in the world will not make it feel any EASIER to pursue a dream that feels waaaay beyond your abilities.

But I’ve figured out what will:

Are you ready for the next steps to your dream?

I want you to know — This is possible and it’s possible for you!

You already have what you need to pursue your dream because God is with you. He stands beside, watches over you, even rejoices over you with loud singing (yes, it actually says that in the Bible). No matter what actions you do or don’t take, He loves you because He loves you!

But here’s my gentle warning:

Don’t wait to feel ready because that day will always remain off in the distance, unreachable, because it seems like there’s still something left to do, learn, or accomplish first or some way to prepare yourself or be more “prayed up” in order to start. That’s simply not true (unless your dream is to become a heart surgeon, then maybe you should make your way to medical school).

“I’m not ready” is often fear talking, and fear is just a feeling.

We all have fears.

The enemy tries to use them to his advantage because he wants to keep your dream hidden. He wants you to feel alone, insignificant, uninspired, aimless, and unworthy. However, you are a daughter of the Most High King and if God has given you a dream, there is a reason for it.

Even if it feels hard.

If that’s where you are, dwell with the Lord in His Word to learn who God is, who you are, what His purposes are in the world, and how He uses broken, imperfect, sinful people like us to bring His kingdom to earth. It’s all there, and it’ll knock your socks off when you begin to understand it.

It is a big commitment to seriously consider God’s assignment for you. You might feel uncertain, even scared. You’re not the only one; in fact, I’ve answered some common questions below. If yours isn’t here, please reach out. I’d love to know how I can make it a clear and easy decision for you.

How do I know if this group is right for me?

If you're a Bible-believing Christian woman with a dream on your heart (even if you aren’t sure exactly what it is or how it will play out), and you’ve been looking for a supportive community of women who understand the thrill and excitement plus the resistance and difficulty of birthing something brand-new, Dream Believers is for you.

If you're not a Christian but are exploring the faith and have a sincere desire to know Jesus as your Savior, you will be blessed by our weekly interactions and the foundation of everything we do resting on God’s Word, which never returns void and always accomplishes its purpose (Isaiah 55:11).

Do I need to know what my God-shaped dream is to participate?

The group is designed to meet you where you are on the journey to a God-shaped dream whether or not you know what shape it will eventually take. If you have an idea on your heart that you want to pursue and you’re seeking community and accountability because you realize that’s the thing that will help you finally begin to take action, this is the place for you!

What if I am unable to attend one of the Mastermind calls?

The Mastermind calls are hosted on Zoom, recorded, and made available to members inside the community as soon as 48 hours after the call. Watch the replay when you’re able so you can get caught up with the progress of other dreamers, but an even better solution is to look for the written takeaways posted by members in the community, and continue the conversation from there. The community experience is about MORE than the calls, but like anything, it is what you make of it.

Do you offer refunds?

If you join the community and, in the first 7 days, realize it’s not a good fit, yes, of course I’ll give you your money back. However, the reality is that it will take longer than that to build relationships and feel connected. I’ll do everything I can to help facilitate that. But you have to show up and engage! I encourage you to give it 30-60 days and if it’s still not a fit, you can cancel at any time using the instructions you’ll receive during onboarding.

I’m not sure this is the right time for me. When will you offer this group again?

I plan to open the doors a few times each year. If now is not the time for you, please join the waitlist so I can let you know when it’s time.
